if your bottle breaks within 30 days of purchase, email help@stellaellianor.com with: 1) a photo of the damaged bottle, 2) your original stellaellianor.com receipt, and 3) details of the incident. keep the sleeve and any safe parts. we’ll replace the broken component (one per customer). misuse or abuse voids this offer.

- us shipping: free express shipping on orders over $50. orders under $50 ship via express at a flat rate of $8. all us orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 2-5 business days.
- international shipping: we ship worldwide via express, with costs based on destination and order weight. you’ll see the shipping fee at checkout. international orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 3-7 business days, depending on location. note: customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes.

30-day love it or return it policy:
we want you to adore your purchase from stella ellianor. if your item isn’t bringing you happiness, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. here’s the deal:
- condition: items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- how to return: email us at returns@stellaellianor.com with your order number and reason for return. we’ll provide a return shipping label. for us orders, a $5 fee applies (deducted from your refund), unless you choose store credit—then we’ll waive the $5 fee!
- proof of purchase: include your original receipt or order confirmation.
- timeline: items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (minus the $5 return label fee for us orders, if applicable) or issue store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or account. shipping costs are non-refundable.
- exclusions: final sale products or misused items aren’t eligible.
